You know, California has really fallen for the gender ideology harm that I think it causes children.

They have a previous law that says that if a child comes to California, even if that child

has been given custody, let's just say in Texas, and that the

custodial parent doesn't want to confirm or affirm gender transition,

then California does not have to have that child sent back to Texas, which is really disturbing.
