So we are here today to talk about shame. Shame, shame, shame.

And we thought it would be an interesting topic to delve into because, well, honestly, I still feel shame about stuff now.

And I think that anybody that's learning a musical instrument for us, it's like, it's the bass, obviously, have felt shame about stuff now. And I think that anybody that's learning a musical instrument for us, it's the base,

obviously, have felt shame about things about not being able to do things or not knowing

things and all of the, and being embarrassed to ask.

And I've definitely, we're going to be, you know, sharing what we felt shame about in the past.
