So we are here today to talk about shame. Shame, shame, shame.

Shame on you.

Stuff that we felt shame about.

And we thought it would be an interesting topic to delve into because, well, honestly, I still feel shame about stuff now.

And I think that anybody that's learning a musical instrument for us, it's like, it's the bass, obviously, have felt shame about stuff now. And I think that anybody that's learning a musical instrument for us, it's the base,

obviously, have felt shame about things about not being able to do things or not knowing

things and all of the, and being embarrassed to ask.

And I've definitely, we're going to be, you know, sharing what we felt shame about in the past.

But I will say that some of the stuff that I actually have solved,

hey, some of the stuff, I decided that I wasn't going to solve it,

and I was just going to leave it.

And sometimes I kind of feel a bit of shame about that still, actually.

Yeah, but there's trade-offs, right?

Because everything you're trying to do, if you want to spend time working on something

and you're saying yes to that, then you're saying no to something else.

So I don't know, it's a complicated wrestle for me.

And anyway, we just thought it'd be cool to jump in and talk about this.
