What's up, guys? Welcome back to a modern craftsman Sunday night. Well, well, for the

0:11.1

overachievers, it's Sunday night. Yeah. Unless last week, last week, we had a technical

0:17.1

difficulty where we didn't get that thing uploaded until Monday afternoon, but you guys

0:21.9

still were able to listen and share it immediately. This week, we have Joseph Kelly from

0:28.9

Mass Construction Show podcast. He was a superintendent, turned building inspector, turned building

0:37.6

commissioner, turned building. He just turned into a building. He turned into. Imagine.

0:47.1

1:45.8

of him to keep him on board. He realized, you know, that that's not necessarily what he

1:50.2

wanted in life. And it wasn't exactly what was bringing him happiness. And he made a decision,

1:57.1

you know, to try and figure out what he can do to get closer to where he wanted to be long term,

2:03.1

which ended up being a couple of job changes and then simplifying life and reducing the cost

2:09.9

of his life. And he feels that he's at a spot now where, you know, he still needs work,

2:14.6

but he's happier than he's been. There was just a cool conversation. I think it's interesting

2:19.3

to get people on who aren't, you know, necessarily pitching what they do or pitching his podcast or
