Today we're going to be talking about a pretty timeless question or thought process that I see a lot among many of my clients.

And it doesn't really matter if we're talking about fitness, nutrition, financial things, building your business,

relationships, whatever it is, whatever you have goals towards, I think oftentimes we make a plan

to get to that goal and sometimes that plan is a little bit lofty or

sometimes we even have a coach and they expect a certain thing from us to be able to

reach that goal. Well what happens when we aren't going to do those things to reach our goal. Can we do less and still have
