Hello and welcome to episode 198 of Geek's Guide to the Galaxy.

Today on the show we'll be discussing the new Hulu mini series 112263 based on the novel by Stephen King.

The series stars James Franco as a high school English teacher who travels back in time to prevent the assassination of JFK.

And this will involve spoilers for both the book and the show, so just be aware of that.

And I'm joined by three guests.

So first up we've got Matt London, making his 15th appearance on the show.

He's the author of the Eco-adventure novels The Eighth Continent, Welcome to the Jungle, and Born to Be Wild. The fourth and final volume in the

in the series we built the city is out now.

From 2003 to 2009 he was the editor of Paradox, the magazine of historical and speculative

fiction.

His short fiction has appeared in or is upcoming in Nightmare magazine,

Black Static, and Space and Time, as well as in the anthology's Shades of Blue and Gray,

Ghost of the Civil War, and zombies shambling through the ages. He's also written a psychological thriller

about Lady Godiva and a wartime resistance thriller set immediately after the

Norman conquest, both of which he's currently shopping around to agents. So Chris
