It looked like it would be an easy series for Baltimore, but then when they moved to Pittsburgh,

Pittsburgh got hot. Yeah, Nally was superb as Baltimore defeated

Doc Ellis McNally with nine strikeouts. And Baltimore really unloaded it in game two before

a sellout crowd at Memorial Stadium, defeating the pirates 11 to 3.

But it was different, as Lou just mentioned it, when they got to Pittsburgh, it was Steve

Blas who throttled the Orioles, allowed them just one run on three hits and the Pirates

got their first win of the series winning it 5-1.

That seemed to give them momentum, Vince, as they won the next one next game four to three and then shutting out

Baltimore in the fifth game four to nothing and now we're moving along to the

six game which moves right back to Baltimore.
