Tonight's the second game of the three-game series between the Mets and the Cardinals.

The Cardinals captured the open air last night, winning a pitching duel between Steve Carlton and Jerry Cusman by a score of

three to two. Weather-wise, it's been a hot summer day in St. Louis, the temperature up around 95

degrees. We have mostly clear skies as we approach game time.

It now is starting to cool off.

It will be a very pleasant evening for a ballgame.
