that you're here and I'm so excited to be recording today's episode. So in my previous

episode, I talked about how I was feeling really burnt out and how I actually was able to

literally do like a 180 in the same day.

And I talked to a lot of, you know, community members, listeners, students who are feeling

really burnt out right now.

And I wanted to be able to provide some value and hopefully some helpful tips to help

to start feeling yourself again, energized again, and feeling just good and back on track.

Because when you're feeling burnt out, it feels to me like it was like I was a car and I was

pressing on the gas pedal but was not moving. It just nothing was

working. The littlest things felt so overwhelming to me. I literally broke down crying on the

bathroom floor for no reason. And I was like, okay, I think it's time we take a break. And so I'm on the other side.
