Summary

Dean Corll, also known as the Candy Man, seemed relatively normal until he took an interest in teenage boys in the area. Soon, he started paying two of them to recruit other teenage boys. Once he had them, he would rape, torture, and murder them, leading to one of the biggest cases at the time.
