It's really special to be on your show, and I love the subject of your show. Boy, if you can't find something passionate in what you do, oh, God help you. You know? So let's just get on with making it happen. And I think one of the themes that's probably going to come out is find your passion in the rubble somewhere. I think people have a

kind of an excessively romantic idea of what it means to find your passion. And I think that could be

very disappointing. But somewhere, there's a pony in there somewhere. Precisely. Precisely right.

So a quick question to you, Perry, are you using your talents doing work that you love?

I am more and more so. What a gift to be able to do that. And I hope that I steward it well.

And every day I have fascinating conversations with fascinating people. And I'm able to help people and be in my talent zone.
