lovely little episode we've got my wife on the pod hello everybody um i thought

i love from gross yeah finish it then because she's an ass. Thank you. Anyway. I thought I'd give you your time at the start of this podcast to explain your version of events on New Year's Christmas. Like, because obviously I did maybe give a one-sided... Yeah, she didn't give it as much as what it actually happened. So, yeah, go on then.

Underplayed it?

Yeah, basically she just didn't tell the truth.

Yeah, you ruined New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

When you're in your own time?

All right, so I went out, you were drunk, I knew it, I just knew it. As soon as we got home, we'd had food and drinks. I didn't drink. And then you were like, come home. Yeah. And I was like, well, if I come home, are you going to be awake? You said, yeah. So so far this lines up, by the way, so thank you. So I leave with just

enough time to get in the car and get home before the clock strikes 12. And then I get home

and you're just on the sofa snoring. Yeah. And I was just sat there with the TV on and everyone

was counting down the new year with the London eye and the fireworks going off. And I was just sat there with the TV on and everyone was counting down the new year with the London

grace no because I wanted an argument then I'm going to wait you up and save you am I save you

from an argument you fell asleep yeah I did do that and then you woke up like, it was probably 1 a.m. at this point. Merry Christmas. Yeah. That was taking the piss, mate. Yeah. In my defence, I did, I did think it was Christmas day. So that is my, that is my fault there. Yeah, that took the piss. Yeah. And I do apologize. And then... That's how we started our new year, everyone.

Yeah, and then the next day, we were all beefy with each other. No, I just woke up and said you took the fucking piss and you went, yeah, you're right. I did do that. And then you said, you was going to do dry jam because of it. Yeah, I'm over two weeks sober and I feel... The thing is with Grace, four days in, she was like, every morning I'd wake up to,

oh, three days sober, I'm four days sober. She's acting like she's a recovering alcoholic.

I am. I am. I feel it. I had sore kidneys the first two days. I had the shakes,

which is an ick. That is so... It's such an ick. shakes, which is an ick. That is so ick. It's such an ick.
