Al Hill, we're here along with Montemore,

and we're getting ready to bring you

the play-by-play account of the first game

of a four-day four-game afternoon series

with the Minnesota Twins who, by the the way are doing quite well in the

Western Division of the American League. They're tied with the Chicago White Sox with six

wins and four losses of peace and playing 600 balls. So it's going to be the Minnesota Twins and the Oakland A is here this afternoon.

For the Twins, it will be Dean Chance, the big right-hander getting his first start of the year.

He has no record so far. It's only five innings appearing in one ballgame, and going for the Oakland

days will be Chuck Dobson, whose record is one and one.

So those are the two pitchers who will be starting in this afternoon's ball game and we'll have the starting
