So, Al, how are you? I've been on holiday to Cornwall, which was lovely, apart from our boat nearly caught fire while we were in the middle of the sea and we had to be rescued.

Dramatic?

It's very dramatic.

I don't really recommend taking babies out on boats.

I'll bear that in mind.

It's very exciting anyway.

And while I was away, I got sent almost an entire cow to the office by this company called Buy a Cow.

And they give you updates about how your cow is doing

as it goes to the slaughterhouse

and then matures for 30 days and

So you're buying a dead cow?

Well yes and it was delivered luckily dead

to the FT offices while I was away.

I know I was there.

So I hope everyone enjoyed this delicious meat because I didn't get any of it.
