As you may know, we live in an attention economy. Like you have to be in the business of getting

eyeballs on yourself as well as your business. Now when we think business, we think about the steps like, oh, we have to attract the prospects.

Then we convert those prospects into clients or customers and then we deliver the service and we get paid but we

tend to forget or not give enough attention to the first step which is of course

getting people's attention and there are so many other

businesses out there trying to get the attention of the very people that you want to become your customers.

And so you've got to be really good at this.

I've become really good at getting people's attention

over this last 15, 16 months.

In February of 2023, I had about 18,000 Instagram followers.

And I was essentially stuck around that number. It fluctuated between like 16,000 to 18,000. I would

gain followers. I would lose followers and it just wasn't really budging.
