I talked to Dr. Gaynor who is a team position for the New York Yankees.

And Dr. Gaynor did not seem alarmed.

He said it's the condition he's had for four or five years.

It's a circulatory problem and when the series is all over, we'll sit down, go over

thoroughly and then make a decision.

So it hasn't been a heel, it hasn't been a strawberry, it's been a sore arm that's kept

Whitey for it out of the World Series as regular as we are used to seeing him.

Whitey had quite a line in the club out after the game.

As Whitey Ford was shaving, he looked over at Coach Jim Gleason and he said Jim here it is the final game coming up.

The cause are very loose and during batting practice you didn't really feel a whole lot of tension.

Yogi, as only Yogi can say it, he says we're ready.

today. So that's how excited Yogi was about it. Gibson, a pitcher for the Cardinals

warming up right now is sore all over is about the best way he explains it he was hit with a line drive in the last game he pitched and of course he's one of those guys who puts a lot of effort into his delivery.
