It's Monday, September the 20th, and holy crap, we are almost into fuck your resolution season that starts October 1st.

Man, get ready for some fire content because fuck your resolution season always starts on the first of

October and that's because this is the absolute most important time of year to lock in

your new habits and why do I say that? Well, you have already people on my street. I was walking

Papa Swolio yesterday and I literally saw an entire house,

an entire house with Halloween decorations up, Halloween everywhere. Just think all of that stuff just

for one day. And it's not even October yet.

Fam, it is upon us.

And with all the crap that's going on in the world, plus, plus the holidays, this is going to be an absolute whirlwind, whether or not you're going to have lockdowns, whether

or not you're going to have closings with your gyms and restricted hours or all that stuff's going to

happen. This is flu season. It's coming up again. More people than ever are going to catch the

delta, the echo, the swole variant. There's going to be variant after variant after variant

and the kind of fearmongering, the media, plus people actually getting sick for all various reasons,

plus the unhealthy eating and all the excuses to take time off,

the limited hours and gyms,

the shorter days,

the colder weather,

it's just a whole cluster fuck of just gluttony and laziness.
