Yo, today's Q-O-D is if what you do is easy, your life will be hard.

Here we go. So, Welcome back to the quarter of of the Day show. I'm your host Sean Croxton and

Sean Croxton. We got Les Brown on the show leading off the week and today

less is gonna give us some very real talk. You know me I love

me some real talk and he's just being honest about how most people are not

willing to participate in their own rescue.

They say they want something, they say they want to create something, they say they want

this career, this job, this income, this relationship, but when it really comes down to it, they just don't want to do the work.

And you know if you just want to do what's easy, like he says, your life is going to be hard.

But if you're willing to do the hard stuff, your life is going to get a lot easier.

And a lot of us will just sabotage ourselves over and over and over again,

and we'll talk a good game, but we won't actually do anything.

And so, Les is just gonna give you some reality

that if you want to change your life,

you gotta be willing to take the hits

and keep moving forward. You have to be willing to take the hits and keep moving forward.

You have to be courageous. You have to be willing to hear the nose and willing to say no. You got to be

willing to deal with the rejection that comes along this journey of getting to where you want to go.

And if you're not down to deal with that stuff, your life will not change. You'll just keep making excuses.
