They were so stoked about this, they even trademarked it.

Now, I know that your first-time buyers out there are looking for any edge that you can get in this competitive market.

So this is something we really need to take a look at.

probably multiple martini's had at those lunches, trying to figure out how the hell to do any loans

and stay in business. So after these drunken freak out lunches,

they probably went back to the office, pulled out the old whiteboard searching for answers.

I can actually hear the conversations now. Hey, what about the buyers? We haven't talked to them in a

long time. Oh yeah. We totally forgot about those guys. Okay, buyers. Let's see. That's

young people, right? That's like the Gen Zs and the millennials. What do they do? What do they like?
