I usually like to wait a couple minutes because I know how life is and I'm sure you know to at events before we even get started do events even really start on time what is your secret for like event timing? They don't start on time. We call them

phantom time. And when you're doing events for a certain type of audience, our audience, our people, we're just always going to expect that it's really going to wrap up about an hour and a half after go time is on the actual invitation.

So what do you do with that time that so that is like not stale?

So if you if you know people aren't going to show up on time,

It's like we buffer in a cocktail hour.

Think about any dinner party you've gone to.

If it says 7 o'clock on the invitation,

you're never walking in and sitting down and eating at 7 o'clock.

You're not taking your seats to about 815 or so, but the plan to like start ordering food by 830. Think about any event that you've gone to never revs up until maybe about an hour and only things like conferences, retreat seminars,

are like starting like on the nose.

Anything else I would say more social events,

especially social events to have a bit more black sauce on it.

We get started about 60 to 90 minutes after planning.
