It's a brisk 104 at 1030 this morning in Tejas. So what's it like out there in Colorado?

When you stepped away for a second, Jen and I were talking about this and I,

Macy and I went on a walk this morning about 6 a.m. It was 63 degrees with like a light chill, slight breeze, a little bit of rain.

High is going to be about 84 today. It's horrible actually. No Texans should ever move here.

Colorado's the worst.

You need to keep real estate prices low.
