Hello, everyone. Welcome back. Thank you as well as for listening. So today is this month's

real person episode where I am joined by Jim Kellerman, who is very kind and gracious to come on and

share his story.

I won't give away too much. I'll save that for a few minutes when I get to my chat with Jim.

He's about one year into his retirement, and so far things are going well.

As you'll hear, some diligent planning made this, you know, sort of minimizes the unknowns and shocks or, you know,

unexpected outcomes of being a year into retirement. So yay for planning. And one quick spoiler is

he spends a little time every week in the local prison. Yep, I'll let you listen to find out why.

It's not as juicy as you want to think, but no, it's good.

So, so yeah, so that'll be my chat with Jim Kellerman coming up soon. My dad joke was,

I went to a restaurant the other day and the wait person said, would you like a drink?

I said, what are my options? They said, yes or no. Uh-huh. And my, is this thing on?

And my big, goofy smile moment real quick is, I just got back a couple days ago. I went to Kansas City for a little, it's not quite a conference.

There's about 70 people, all advisors. It's a, it's more of a large gathering with some

presentations and info sharing and lots of networking and just kicking around thoughts and stuff like that.

It's called the transparent advisor movement and the name of this conference thing is called immersion.

This is the third year they've been doing it. I've been to all three.
