I'm doing great because we got to catch up with an old friend, old true crime guy Mike Morford.

You might know him as Morf, he literally does every podcast that's not crawl space and missing more Murray or empty frames, and he's got a new season of his podcast called

Scene of the Crime. And this is one where he acts as more of a producer, engineer, and

researcher and puts together the shows from that point of view.

And scene of the crime season one was on the Delphi murders, make sure to check that out if you haven't.

But season two, he just started releasing

and it's about the murders of Rose Burkert

and Roger Atkinson.

It's an Iowa unsolved double murder from 40 years ago.

It is a crazy story once he starts talking about the details and how certain things don't line up.

Rose was 22, Roger was 32.

It was seemingly like they were having an affair.

They were murdered at the Amana Holiday Inn,

and this was in Williamsburg, Iowa. The hotel room, the scene of the crime

was perplexing. There's a number of suspects and when you think that you've figured out like that's the

guy, turns out he's got a rock solid alibi

so this is a incredibly interesting case and Morse doing a great job covering it.
