I remember it was August 2011, 343 in the morning and I was like well maybe it's

not everybody else's fault. Maybe it's my fault because I never ever took responsibility. I can't change anyone else, but maybe I can change something about me.

What can I change about myself? And then finally the tears welled up inside of me and I just said, okay, I'm tired of fighting. I don't want to fight anymore. I want to be healthy. I want to be happy. I want to be surrounded by nothing but positive people. I just want to inspire people and I want to make a bunch of money, but I want the money to represent something that I passionately believe in that I would do for free.

I'm Light Watkins, and I have conversations

with ordinary folks, just like you and me,
