I'm going to do an Ask Me Anything question episode. And the reason why I'm doing this is because

earlier this morning, I got on Instagram. I wanted to answer questions from this audience.

And then I started getting really great questions,

but ones that I felt like really deserved a lot more context

than is easy to give on Instagram through text.

And also, I've just been a little bit camera shy, feeling self-conscious

about my looks. I will start working through that and probably hop back on camera. But I felt

like this would be a lot easier to do on a podcast episode and give all the important context for questions that are really important for you

to get as much context as possible with. So let's get into the very first question, which is where are

the best places to look for jobs? And this is a great question. I personally used three different jobs boards

when I was looking for roles outside of teaching. And that would be Ed Surge, which is what

posts a lot of ed tech jobs. I used built in, so built in Los Angeles. And then I also used Idealist, which is specific to

nonprofits. And that was something that I was using actually more recently as I was doing

marketing work with nonprofits in the last six months. So I was just watching that board more
