Well, I am excited to be talking about decision-making with you and you'd mentioned that in your own life of career

and decision making you had a bit of a flip-flop what's the story there?

Yeah well one of the interesting things about our decisions is that we tend to think of ourselves as rational, don't we?

So some of our most difficult decisions, we like to do these pros and cons lists and make this

decision that seems to be explainable and make sense.

And I like to think back to when I was at school and I have some career advice from an advisor that came into the school who seemed to think that I was well suited to be a teacher.

And I've got to say that was as diametrically opposite to our plan for my life and I say our plan deliberately,
