0:48.4	little bit of letting you in a little bit and then kind of showing you what I'm doing to to move out of it.
0:56.5	So I'm still kind of in the midst of it. This isn't kind of an after picture. This is more of a
1:01.5	deering. So I need some motivation. I want to keep my energy up, even though it's going to be
