Times are tough in the Golden Ratio household, just trying times.

There's a feedback loop between us and the dogs. There's tenseness among the members of us all. It

kind of affects everybody. So let me get to the cocktail of the week. We're going to jump into

the dog. This is a little preview. Okay, so last week we were talking about the cocktail you made

for yourself in Florida, which was like a gin and tonic with a bunch of lime cordial in it.

Yes, I was like, that's different. You could name them. You call it the Ingos Mistake, which

was really funny. But then I remembered after you said that there is a cocktail called the

Nagroni's Beliato, which is Italian for the Nagroni Mistake. So a normal Nagroni is gin,

campari and sweet vermouth. The Nagroni's Beliato is champagne, campari and sweet vermouth. So

it's like, oops, put champagne instead of the gin. It's a quite a fortuitous mistake.

I'm roll my eyes. It's all fancy-like. They're just thinking there is actually a cocktail called

the the Mistake, basically. It's Beliato. One of the few things I remember from college Italian is

if you call someone and you have the wrong number, you say Speliaton numero, the wrong number.

But it's spelled with that GL that Americans don't say, right? Like in Consolieri, but Americans

say Consolieri. It's like kind of like a Y Consolieri. Speliatos B.

There's a G in Speliatos. There's a G, yeah. It's silent.

It's a slightly different sound, but anyway, so that's going to be the cocktail of the week.

I can still trademark my name. The Ingos Mistake, yes. And then the Nagroni's Beliato.

Someone might have already caught and caught invented that drink before though.

I don't know that it's good enough to have been invented for days.
