Isaac and Dustin - the owners of Float Life in Calgary join us for a chat about their business, floating, other meditative techniques, and psychedelics among many other topics. So common among our guest, Isaac talks about the synchronicity that lead them to their new business in Calgary. We also chat about cold and warm baths - thermal cycle and cold thermogenesis, lucid dreaming and why we should be floating and all the benefits of it.

Before the show we try meditating under the Pandora Star - deep trance meditative light device. It's very interesting and it's supposed to entrain brain waves to multiple states and it creates psychedelic, colorful, geometric imagery.

"Floating" is lying in a fully dark, quiet tank full of warm salt water. It's so relaxing that you can let go of your body and most physical feeling. This brings your thoughts to the forefront and there are many ways to mindfully meditate or play in the tank.
