I'm joined through the magic of Zoom machine looking to

St. Louis, where my best buds, Kai McCune and Matt Cox are back home with their families. Matt

just raised a glass of coffee to me. I assume there's some Bailey's in there. It's holiday season.

How are you feeling? Had we been podcasting on the Eve of Christmas, not the Christmas Eve Eve, there will be some eggnog and perhaps some Bailey's in this. But no, this is just straight coffee. All black, no cream, no nothing. Kai, you're you sipping some coffee as well? You know I am, Jim. And that's how I roll too. Just black mad. I love the coffee black. Also, eggnog guys, very underrated treat for Christmas.

Excited to gorge myself on that tomorrow. Can I say that eggnog is is terribly named? It sounds

disgusting. It does sound disgusting, Jim. I encourage everyone to try it, though. If you have not,

if you've been put off by the name, try it. It's good. It just sounds like mucus to me. Yeah, I mean, it has the viscosity of mucus. Yeah. I think there's like a thousand calories in every half glass of whiskey, but that's fine. I don't not really worried about my calorie intake right now. I'm not a I'm not a non guy. I'm not a coffee guy. I'm just a, I drink water. I'm very vanilla and boring.

Welcome to the show. We're going to have a little bit of a different one.

We're going to spice in some holiday, holiday cheer here. We've got roots roundup. That will be

quick. And we're going to give out some Christmas gifts to college basketball teams, players.

Matt may have one for the officials that they badly, badly need.

So we'll hand out some gifts, give them some stocking stuffers.

An abbreviated three men thought section and then some game previews.

We'll get into that

uh talk some of the games over the weekend there's christmas basketball in the big 10s we got

to discuss that a little bit i'm gonna be yeah how college basketball going right at the NBA

i don't yeah let's go let's do it let's do battle i know i'm gonna be watching my guy yannis

but i will i will i will flip over to the the Ten games. I'll go two screens. Who am I kidding?
