If you're in the Bay Area or if you're in Silicon Valley, San Jose area, any of that,

you know the traffic is just, it's crazy crazy I'm just floored by this and I'm

thinking you for all the tech startups and by the way being a tech startup

means you're in a janky old office building from the 80s with musty carpet and

sagging foe ceilings and your startup and this is your building while your

funding is coming in and your new building over here is being built.
