I have to come in here today and share with everybody that it was one of the tougher

days to actually kind of think about what I was going to do today because of what happened yesterday.

Our prime directive is that we keep it light and we try to be as entertaining as we can and sometimes

I got to be honest with you that just is not possible and

this is one of those days I measure it by my little routine here in the morning

which is get up early before everybody else in the house gets up and I start

doing show prep and I start writing down funny little things that happen or things that are we're

going to discuss and we're going to do that and rare is the morning that I am not able to turn on my

television because I have a four-year-old running around. This is one of those mornings that we had.

Last night, I think I probably put one of the more cuss-filled posts up on

Facebook that I ever have in my life because I was just hurting and... The word that I thought... I said, wow, he's emotional about this one I mean you really it was it was showing and it was it was just was was just was a I and I don't necessarily think it's because I live down here
