sky with temperature today, thank goodness, in the 70s, as compared to yesterday's middle 40s.

The wind has subsided somewhat during the night,

and this afternoon here at Detroit,

the wind condition seems to be negligible.

As a matter of fact, we have a slight breeze

blowing from behind first base to left field.

As a matter of fact, it's been so pleasant here

at Briggs Stadium this afternoon in Detroit

that the bleachers out in center field filled up by 1130 this morning.

And folks have been sitting out there basking in the sunlight and have really been enjoying the World Series atmosphere.
