1:22.2	We were just about to turn a corner and we're about to open in Chicago. And unfortunately our Chicago store did get looted.
1:29.2	It was just a very, very challenging time. We were about to open on Monday and that Saturday is when all that looting happens.
1:36.2	When you're managing people in a normal world, that's not as effective if you want to keep people coming in that expect.
1:48.2	Exactly. So I'll get one of their hard piece of advice. So this has been critical throughout my career.
1:54.2	I've had a lot of experiences. And so, you know, I go back to my father's house and I won't forget he sat me down and had a very different conversation.
2:06.2	Then he did when I was 16, he said, sunny. I've been doing this business for 40 years. And I've had good years and I've had bad years.
2:13.2	I've had ups and downs. But no one ever told me I have to go home and I couldn't come back the next day.
2:21.2	My name is Sonny Balani and I am the owner and CEO of Balani Custom Clavier Space out of Chicago. Why live downtown Chicago.
2:29.2	I'm married to kids and I've been running this business now for 17 years. And so it's obviously had its challenges, its opportunities and it's fair share that up and down.
