Hey guys, welcome to another episode of the Blessed and Bostup podcast. This is part two from last week.

The title of today's episode is How to not lose faith when you're hurting part two.

Last week I started this episode off. I didn't intend for it to be two parts, but for time purposes, we broke it up.

But a lot of us are hurt right now. You know, there's a lot of hurt going on in the world.

There is, I mean, life still happens for us as individuals. So there may be a lot going on globally.

But there's also things that come up in our personal life. Like I know for me, giving birth in a pandemic was a lot in then having complications after giving birth.

I remember left me particularly hurt. I lost two people this year, my grandfather and then B.J.s aunt who I was very, very close to.

We lost her and that really, really, really hurt me heavily. My grandfather hurt me as well. But unfortunately, we weren't as close as me and B.J.s aunt.

And so that really devastated me and it still hurts me to this day. And so life happens in the middle of a pandemic.

There's economic crisis going on. So a lot of people are without jobs. There is this whole racial divide right now, which is increased racial tension in America.

And it's just a lot going on. Like I said, on a global scale, as well as things that may come up in our personal life. Like I'm trying to raise a son.

And the midst of seeing black men get gunned down by police all the time on TV and on social media and all of these things.

Like it can be very emotionally draining during this time. But I wanted to do these episodes on how to make sure you maintain the faith because no matter what's going on, God is still God.

He's not pacing and having. He's still protecting you. All things are still going to work out for the good of those who love the Lord and are called according to his purpose.

So God is still God, more of a story no matter what we're going through. And we're going to finish up part two of last week today. But before we get there, a couple of church announcements.

A lot of you guys have been wondering how to work with Ingrid Media with building your podcast. Thanks to COVID, I've had to restructure my business a bit. I haven't been able to serve.

At the level that I was prior to going on maternity leave, I didn't expect to still, you know, first to still be in this pandemic right now.

So I had to switch some things around as far as how we work with people. But I'm really, really excited about what we came up with. We're going to be doing a lot more virtual learning. So that's where our YouTube channel came comes in.
