0:00.0	Okay, today was kind of a special day. One of my dream guests is a guest today with his daughter,
0:06.0	is Dr. Drew Pinsky and his daughter, Paulina, who have written a book called, it doesn't have to be
0:11.0	awkward, dealing with relationships, consent, and other hard to talk about stuff. You know,
0:17.7	I've known Drew for a while now through Bert and he is a friend of our family. And so I don't
0:23.7	want anyone to think that I am being biased, but I love this book. This book was really,
0:31.8	really helpful. It's written for 12-year-old and up, depending on the maturity of your 12-year-old,
0:39.8	I think this book is amazing. It talks about how to be in a healthy relationship. How to know a
0:47.3	relationship is not healthy. And a relationship can be with yourself. It doesn't have to be with
0:51.5	another person. It could be with your parents. It could be with a boyfriend. They kind of run the
0:56.0	gamut of relationships, but the focus is about, you know, teenage relationships and how to navigate
1:02.2	them. They touch on some LGBTQ language that was so helpful for me and sex and a little bit on
1:13.6	drinking and drugs, but mostly about trust, compassion, and boundaries, TCB. I just love this book.
1:20.6	I can't say enough about it. A good thing about it. I listened to this book on audiobook and
1:26.3	thought it was fantastic, but it is also obviously available in hardcover. And you can buy it
1:30.9	Amazon or anywhere you buy books, highly, highly recommend it if you have kids. Or if you don't,
1:37.6	it was just a great book. An easy to read. I blew through this book. So I hope you enjoy my talk
