And Canadians have elected a new federal government.

We now have the Liberal party forming a minority government

in parliament. And so today we figured that it would be a good time to kind of take a little

bit of time to unpack what the results of this election means, some of the analysis and offer

some suggested responses.

So, Aaron, I'm curious, what initially, what was your response when you heard that the liberals

had won the election?

My first response is what's Susie making me for breakfast.

Because when I woke up in the morning, that was the first thought in my mind.

I probably spent more time thinking about the doctrine of election than I do think about federal elections.

But I actually thought this election campaign was kind of boring because I thought that the conservatives and the liberals in particular had a very similar platform.

And the NDP were just making fools of themselves

as usual. The PPC, the CHP, some people that were running for the CPC, the CPC, the

conservatives were doing a good job in addressing the issues. But for the most part, it seemed like there's two parties. There's like a

pure, it's like a purebred dog and a hybrid. It's like the purebred liberals were running their

campaign. The hybrid liberals were running their campaign and it was kind of hard to distinguish
