I like Belmore with us I even know because I came in the room

and it was already happening so I don't even know how it came up but we

learned that his eating habits are not the best.

So it started because after ComicCon threw me for a loop

in terms of what I was eating and in terms of being able to exercise.

So I said, I was really happy

happy because this morning was the first time I got to run since since the day before

Comic-Con and that's a week so that's a long time in term and just in my

head space I need to go do that so I felt really good

feeling a lot better afterwards and then we got to talking about food and

eating and how he had like chips and candy and chocolate milk last night after dinner

didn't eat breakfast or lunch and then it just spiraled into us trying to help him down a path

of righteousness.

Look the point is before we get to the comic stuff and all the fun stuff we have both gone through our share of stomach issues. I know I'm still

dealing with a lot of mine and this is a serious message to people who listen to us. If we can help just by saying this, that the

younger you are, the more you take care of yourself in terms of what you eat and

exercising and doing all that, the less you're gonna have to pay for it later. I know when you're, you know,
