Yeah, right now I'm working with a company called McKissick and McKissick on a D.C. Public

School modernization. And what I've been able to do on this program our last three and a half

years is really quantify sustainability, verify how we're designing the schools and the

buildings that we're building.

And I've updated the design guidelines, oversaw the construction, looked at the commissioning process,

and then really what's been exciting is doing this optimization after the entire process is completed.

That optimization is taking the building and improving the energy

efficiency by an additional 20%. So we're maximizing all of the passive design and sustainable
