0:12.5	garden stands right now. I don't know where you as a gardener stand right now, but I want you to

0:21.6	for for months and I'm not sure where that sits with you. You may be so excited with everything
0:30.6	you've seen growing. You may be a little bit frustrated that some things haven't gone as you

0:39.9	burnout this year. And I know I have been there. I think honestly most gardeners have. If you
0:46.4	haven't yet, it's probably coming. And so I wanted to devote an episode today to just talk a
0:52.7	little bit about garden burnout. Number one,
0:55.6	this is absolutely normal in July and in August, even in my area in September when it's
1:01.7	brutally hot still in September and we're pining for fall. No matter where you are when you're
1:07.1	listening to this, I want to give you some practical suggestions of some
1:11.3	things that you can do, some practices that you can put into place to help you avoid garden
1:16.5	burnout this summer, to help you enjoy your garden more this summer.
1:22.0	Because I think sometimes we do go into gardening with some pretty high expectations.
1:26.3	And when we get in the middle of the season season the part that we had hoped to be at sometimes what we actually find
1:33.2	can be a little bit discouraging and that's completely normal so I want to
1:36.9	give you some practical advice to help you I also want to give you some
1:41.2	practices that you can be doing right now to also help with that
