It is what I call assumption.
I am NOT taking about the old adage, "Assumption makes an ass of you and me." :-)
So what do I mean?
Well, we are wired to survive worse case scenarios: our primal instinct keeps us safe and alive. In the past, our ancestors had to be prepared for many dangerous situations, such as considering many ways in which to protect themselves from being attacked by lions, other tribes, etc. So our brains have been wired to prepare for worse case scenarios.
In modern day times, however, we fortunately do not need to use our primal "survival" instincts on the same level we needed them thousands of years ago. Yet we still can be overly worried about other fears, such as, "What might happen if I fail, succeed, or don't achieve my desires in my life?"
So I propose a radically different approach that tunes you in to your desires, like dialing your radio to the music station you want.
I will explain how this mindset will get you in total alignment with your goals and outcomes and put you in a positive mindset each step of the way, rather living in scarcity, fear and doubt.
So if you are ready to be totally in sync with getting what you want on autopilot, more than ever before, go ahead and click play.

| 0:00.0 | So today we're talking about the power of assumption, which really means how we can begin to assume things in our mind and body that actually causes things to happen in your life. |
| 0:13.0 | Now usually we can do this in a negative way, so that means when you're getting anxious, you're worrying about something and it just starts |
| 0:21.0 | to happen. |
| 0:22.0 | All your worst things that you don't want to happen, begin to happen. |
| 0:25.4 | But what we're doing here is we're reversing it. |
| 0:28.4 | We're assuming the feeling of having achieved your goal or the type of outcome that you desire. |
| 0:35.0 | When you begin to assume that, and by assume I mean to think about your |
| 0:39.3 | outcome in the positive, but not only in the positive as if it's already happened. So |
| 0:45.3 | you're assuming that that amount of money is going to end to your life. You're |
| 0:49.1 | assuming that interview is going to be a success. You're assuming whatever it is, that that's what you're going for. |
| 0:57.0 | That's where you're heading and that is the only end outcome. |
| 1:01.0 | So it's not a goal. I mean, a goal can happen, sometimes it doesn't, but an outcome is like that's what you're going for and that's where the assumption comes in. We're assuming a certain outcome. We're not just going for any goal, but a specific outcome that we desire. |
| 1:18.1 | And that can be in your health, your relationships, your career, your finances, it can be in any air of your life. |
| 1:24.1 | But the key success formula to it is the whole positioning of how you perceive |
| 1:31.0 | that goal or dream, that outcome, whatever you would like to call it. |
| 1:35.8 | But the end of the day, we're going to be going for that outcome. |
| 1:38.4 | I mean, you can think about the idea of a goal, but we're just going to change it and allow |
| 1:43.6 | it to happen so it happens automatically. |
| 1:46.9 | So we have to assume, the first step is, by the way, then, we have to assume the feeling |
| 1:53.3 | of having achieved that goal. |
| 1:55.4 | So if it's about achieving a certain goal in your relationship, you assume that feeling as if it's already happened. |
| 2:02.6 | How would it feel like to having achieved your goal? Now imagine that. Think about your goal, |
