Relationships have an infinite return, so if you think of it like that, you're gonna be in a long term than having access to these people.

This is a long term place for the next 40-50 years, hopefully for the rest of my life.

I'll be able to build on these and make money and help bring value and learn about new things and just gain new experiences.

And the money, I mean, for me, it's like the other day it's paper, so what can I get with it? It's the main thing.

How can I get value out of the access to those people? So that's really why I think it's investing in relationships and stuff like that.

My going to conferences and joining master, my group is just so important.

But we brought him back today because Jeffrey within their business is the one that focuses on, he's like the kind of the capital razor networker extraordinaire.

And he gave like a really, really amazing breakdown and a lot of step-by-step instructions on how, I think he's what, 23 at 23, he's been able to raise enough funds to be a co-sponsor in over 600 doors in just 102 years.
