We talked about the history and landscape of Singapore, smelling in stereo, Krakatoa, and the giant

lizards showing up where you least expect them,

from tree tops to shipwrecks, racetracks, and even toilets. It's truly their world. We are just

living in it. Also, just as a heads up, there was a minor technical issue with this episode

And my pronouns are he, him. Thank you so much. I'm so excited to actually get to talk to you. The first time I think you've been mentioned on this podcast was after we talked about the Colugo. Yeah. And you sent me some pictures that you took of Colugos that are so cute. The cutest thing I've ever seen in my life. I was so jealous. I was like, you just have these around? Like, you just get to, like, look up and see Colugos in the trees. That's amazing to me.

Was that amazing?

Yeah.

It's always really cool to see Colugos because even here, well, for those of the listeners who are not aware, I'm actually based in Singapore.

So we are a tiny little country in Southeast Asia, almost right on the equator.

And given that we are in a different part of world,

a lot of the animals that we find here

are very different from what people might be more familiar with

in let's say Europe or North America.
