and Sean Croxton. We got Marie Forleo back on the show today. And today's

episode is a throwback episode.

Probably played this clip two or three times

over the last seven, eight years.

And what it's really about is running a business. Like this is how you run a business. You run a business by

being generous, by being a giver. It's like, Les Brown talked about a couple weeks ago, you got to

participate in the flow of giving and receiving. And what I see is a lot of

people who just want to dip their toe in the flow and they're

dipping their toe in they're expecting to get a whole lot out of it. It's not how it

works. You have to immerse yourself into that flow. When you're a big giver, you will become a big receiver.

There's no way that's not going to happen. That's just it's a law. It's going to happen.

And you can't be worried. I hear this all the time. I'm worried about giving away too much. I don't want to give away all my best stuff. I don't want to give away everything I know. Like if you're worried about giving away everything you know, you don't know enough. You got to read more you got

study more like you should have knowledge that's deep should be impossible for you to

give it all away because you just know so much so like I get really good at what you do.

Become an expert at what you do, put in the time,

read, take the courses, and then share

with other people who need your solutions.

But you're not gonna build a business by just kind of half-assing the giving part.

You got to go all in.
