For the longest time, I've been wanting to do a podcast about skincare.

If you're anything like me, I am super overwhelmed when it comes to skincare.

I keep it really simple, partly because I'm not sure what's evidence-based and what's just a waste of my money and what's actually going to make a difference, what's safe for my skin. And so I wanted to have an expert on that was evidence-based.
