Welcome back to another Focus Friday, where we give you short bursts of information and

And today we're talking about all things chocolate, not just because Halloween is coming up, but because we actually love chocolate.

Yeah, we do. It's a common dessert for us. Sometimes we'll just have a couple of squares after dinner. We

incorporate it in our elixers, our smoothies, desserts. We love our chocolate.

And I'm sure many of you guys listening can relate. It's just one of those things that you want to have

on hand all the time I certainly do I keep some of my purse we have a chocolate

basket in our pantry and it's just around all the time. But let me give you some perspective on how I actually

got into chocolate and really my memory takes me back as far as when I got into good quality chocolate

being dark chocolate because the years before that are a blur I was probably not

conscious of the type of chocolate I was eating I wasn't paying attention but when I got exposed to real chocolate

I was actually in Ecuador and there is no better place to try true chocolate.

I happened to be on the Galapagos Islands and I was leaving. I was at the airport.

I grabbed chocolate and it said no dairy, just a little bit of cane sugar, it was over 70 percent,

I was a little bit nervous.

It was the best chocolate, I think to date I still have ever had.

It was so good. And that was it. I was converted. I never had

chocolate with dairy ever again and this was over 10 years ago. So you're in Ecuador

and you didn't have chocolate till you were leaving? Well, up until that point, I don't even know, again, it was all a blur before,

it was probably having chocolate that may have been not so good.

And then I opened up my mind to the fact that this is the only chocolate that I could find at the airport and it didn't have dairy in it.
