| 0:00.0 | Hello everybody and welcome to the Squiggly Careers podcast. I'm Helen and I'm Sarah. |
| 0:06.3 | And this is a special podcast. We decided to close the year and actually go and talk to some of our podcasting friends about what they've learned from podcasting this year and some of the insights they'd have from all of our guests. |
| 0:18.5 | It's basically just an excuse to get nosy, I think, into other podcasters' lives. Your excuse. My excuse to get nosy. It's just my way of just |
| 0:26.8 | connecting with people. So in this episode today, you're going to hear Sarah and myself talk to Dan |
| 0:32.1 | Murray Sertre, who is, as well as being the founder of Heights, he's also the host of the Secret Leaders podcast. |
| 0:39.2 | It's a podcast that focus on entrepreneurship and the journeys of entrepreneurs. |

| 0:48.9 | John Cleese, which he talks a little bit about in this episode, |
| 0:51.9 | and Alan de Patan, so lots of really interesting people and we're |
| 0:55.4 | also going to be speaking to Damien Hughes who is the co-host of the high performance podcast that's a |
| 1:00.7 | podcast that he hosts with Jake Humphreys and in that podcast they talk about high performance with |
| 1:07.3 | individuals from the world of sport music business, business, to really understand what it takes |
| 1:13.3 | to be a high performer and what they have learnt from it. So we're really looking forward to |
| 1:17.6 | sharing the conversation with you. I think Sarah and I got lots of our own insights and some of |
| 1:21.6 | their guests are amazing that they've spoken to this year. I was just listening to the boat, |
| 1:25.8 | just thinking, oh, I'm not sure like we're, |
| 1:27.7 | we're the same level, to be honest. So there are people like, oh, we really like talking to people, |
| 1:32.6 | like all these psychologists and work people, but I think, you know, there's lots of insights |
| 1:36.9 | that we all learn from the diversity of our guests and we can see. Well, also, we just spend |
| 1:40.6 | most of our time talking to each other, which feels quite different to what they do. That is true. |
| 1:45.2 | But I really enjoyed it. It's really helpful. I just remember thinking, oh, they don't really sound like they record their podcast at 10 o'clock at night in their pajamas sometimes over a G&T or a cup of tea. |
| 1:57.5 | That didn't sound like their vibe, I didn't think. |
