As always, I'm your host, Jesse Leframbois, and the topic that we are going to be discussing on this week's show is leadership.

So the question that we want to answer is, what are some of the most important qualities of leadership?

So we're going to be looking at 10 different qualities and discussing these

qualities. So if you're a leader, again, what characteristics will you see succeed over many

decades? What will build, what sort of characteristics will help you to build that kind of

skill set where you can have a lasting impact by leading others. So that's going to be the

topic that we discussed today. Now, before we go into what those specific qualities are, Aaron,

I think it would be helpful for us to just briefly discuss what environments or contexts

do these qualities apply and then kind of branching off from that, how do you come to

acquire these qualities and skill sets? Well, as you mentioned in the introduction, I've served in a lot of

different roles in my life. My main duty is to pastor a local church. And so the majority of my

leadership experience

has been developed over 30 some odd years of pastoral work.

But I do believe that the qualities I'm going to discuss

are transferable to any environment

we're leading people.
