Yeah. And I've been to this campus many times. It's in a small town, it's a little resort town. It's beautiful. I can't wait. On a lake. I've never been, but you've talked about it coming back. Yeah, it's just like idyllic. But there are lots of little hotels and things like chain hotels

and stuff it's that's not gonna be a problem no and we're working on getting a couple of

hotels that would have some special rates for you so that that's coming too so you need to register so that all that

information is coming to you. Yep please do that as soon as you can and again I

think this is going to be more than worth it it's not a money-making enterprise for us. I can tell you that. This is a let's not lose money

projects. That's the whole... That's the only projects I've had all my life.
