Setting up your planners can not only give you the nostalgia of going back to school as a kid, but also set you up for success for the upcoming year. The time you take to prep and prepare will help you in being proactive and reducing stress. But my biggest TSAH is creating to-do lists. I have tried everything to create lists that will help

me be more productive, but I end up getting in my own way. I've brain dumped my list,

tried making daily lists, and have even tried power lists, but nothing seems to work.

I really struggle with my need to do tasks versus my want-to-do projects or tasks.

For example, I need to do chores and run errands, but I want to do some major organization projects.

If every day I have things I need to do

with three things on my power list, where do the things that I want to do fit on that list?

When I actually get to the want to do items such as reorganize the pantry, clean out my closet,

overwhelmed and frustrated, which leads me to procrastinating or not doing anything on my list at all.
