Hey James, our guest is New York Democratic Congressman Dan Goldman.

He's on two house panel committees, the oversight committee and the oddly named weaponization

committee which seem explicitly aimed at bringing down Joe Biden and protecting Donald

Trump.

For 10 years he was a prosecutor in the Southern District of New York, successfully prosecuting

mafia figures in Russian mobsters and he was the counsel to the House Intelligence Committee

in the first Trump impeachment.

Guys when you know what serious prosecutions are like, what are these house committees doing?

They are working in reverse which is that with any real investigation, certainly any prosecution,

you follow the facts and the evidence to wherever the conclusion may lead.
